Vice President, Environmental Services
Tiffany Seibt joined Thompson in June 2022 and was quickly promoted to Vice President leading Thompson’s Environmental Practice. Seibt’s career includes leadership positions at the United States Army Corps of Engineers Mobile District and Aerostar Environmental Services. She served the Corp’s Mobile District as Project Manager from 2019-2022 responsible for Air Force and Army National Guard Environmental Compliance Programs. She led Aerostar’s Mobile, Ala. operations from 2000-2019.
Seibt holds the honor of serving as the first female Post President of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Mobile Chapter. She was also the first woman from the chapter to be named Fellow. SAME bestows the designation of Fellow on a select group each year as recognition of dedication and outstanding service to SAME and military engineering.
Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. She has held leadership volunteer positions with nonprofit organizations including the American Cancer Society, Partners for Environmental Progress, Mobile Chamber, and SAME. She is currently serving as Board Trustee for the Dauphin Island Sea Lab Foundation and continues to assist with various committees for the SAME Mobile Post.
