Corporate & Community Responsibility
It’s about people and the planet, too. Our approach to corporate and community responsibility isn’t complicated, but it is meaningful. Corporately, we aim to make the cities, towns, and neighborhoods where we live and work better through our services and coordinated efforts focused on sustainability. In the community, we encourage our employee-owners to volunteer, and we follow up on that investment of time and care with funding from the Thompson Foundation.
